100 Days of CrossFit and the Zone Diet

This YouTube video illutrates what exercise — specifically CrossFit, and nutrition — specifically The Zone, can do in a relatively short period of time. This guy took a running series of still photos over a one hundred day period while starting CrossFit and following The Zone diet, and showed very impressive results.

CFC is always looking for our own “Steve Arnolds”, so if you are interested, please let us know. We’d love to showcase the fantastic transformations of our members, we just need volunteers. We’ll take care of the photos, and video, you just have to show up and smile (or not, like in Steve’s case)!
