On a beautiful Saturday morning, August 8th, we had 2 sessions going at once: CrossFit Chaos and an outdoor WOD.
Worth mentioning is the fact that anyone who is considering joining is able to take a free CrossFit Chaos class by calling ahead or registering on-line. It is a great entry level class and a thorough work out.
Here we have Amy V, Amy F (showing excellent squat depth, while successfully hiding behind her hands) and her Mom, Kathy K, blasting through a CrossFit Chaos class at 9am, Saturday morning.
One of our newest members, Mark, came in for his first WOD after completing his three (3) on-ramp sessions. He joined Pam and Linda for an intense workout that left everyone sweating and gasping for breath. Great effort by all!
