The July 11 outdoor WOD, which is becoming quite popular. The early morning crew (Pam, Jackie, and Marianne) got to sleep in for a change and hit it hard. Larry, Hanna and Eric rounded out the half dozen, who took on pushups to tire jumps, then med ball cleans, an uphill run to dumbell presses, then a quarter mile run. Three rounds of 21, 14, and 7, with a final 400 meters to make an even mile. Perfect weather made for great times by all.

Nice shot of the group with the CFC training facility (4,600 square feet of training area) in the background.

Post-WOD recovery. Yeah, they’re gassed out — and should be — after 17+ minutes of hard work and intense effort.

Nice shot of Heaven’s rays illuminating the Saturday crew.

“Rise up; this matter is in your hands. We will support you, so take courage and do it.” Ezra 10:4

It was a religious experience, practically.
