The Saturday morning (3/20/10) WOD was simply beautiful: 21 calorie Row, 21 Medicine Ball Cleans, 21 Walking Lunges, run to the top of the driveway, 21 Kettlebell Swings, run to the marker, then back for the same for 15 reps, then 9 reps. Frank C paved the way, with Steve R, Scott L, Kathy K and Amy F in on the fun.
