Below are pictures of Linda W and Hanna C, and Frank C taking part in the outdoor run portion of the 12:30pm WOD. This was a 20 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout, which consisted of 400 meter runs with 20 Burpees. Scores were determined by the total number of Burpees completed. Great workout in great weather!
