…Also don’t be afraid of throwing good foods into a blender or juicer and making yogurts, shakes, and juices! Just experiment. Just had spinach, avocado, blueberries, coconut milk, an apple, 2 eggs, lemon juice and almond butter this morning from the blender. Was delicious!
