The Monday WOD for April 5 was 3 sets of 3 Back Squats, followed by 2 rounds of an 800m (1/2 mile run), with 30 AbMat Sit Ups, 25 Push Ups, and 20 KettleBell Swings for time. Those pictured include Ryan D, Steve R, Rob V, Scott L, Jimmy S, Tracey S, Alexandria S, Rob J, Jonathon E, Angelo M, Pat W, Matt B, Marianne U, Claudine Z (apparently not a huge fan of my picture taking), Frank B, and Joe G.
There is nothing pretty about “Karen”. The 5:30 am crew took on “Karen”, and “Karen” took her toll on the 5:30am crew (Rob J, Jonathon, Rob V, Steve, and Tracey). There wasn’t a dry armpit in the house. FYI, Jonathon (post WOD) fills that jug with water every day, not with sweet tea.
Big turnout this morning for a 20 minute AMRAP of 5 Hang Power Cleans, 10 Knees to Elbows, and 15 Air Squats. Big welcome to our newest members: Tracey, Jay, Steve, Rob, and Scott, with 5:30 am veterens John and Rob. Great pace for a tough AMRAP — there wasn’t much jaw jacking after the first 5 minutes!
